About Me

My commitment to hypnotherapy is the result of my own experience of clinical hypnotherapy’s healing capabilities. Having worked as a professional actor for many years, the process of release and renewal that the experience created enhanced my quality of life greatly. I was able to change my 'limiting beliefs and thoughts' that had mounted over the years and become 'limitless' which empowered me to achieve things I never imagined possible.

It was because of these changes that my interest in the subject grew and I decided to take qualifications in Hypnotherapy and NLP to help other people facing similar life fears.

I trained at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and was awarded a Diploma in Cognitive–Behavioural Hypnotherapy. I am also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), having trained with Ali Campbell, a recognised leader in this field, and author of 'The Slim Girl's Box of Secrets'.

I have joined forces with Models Advice to help give advice and support to models whether at the start, during or coming to the end of their career through the new website Business Minded Model.

Membership details

I am a member of the NCH – The National Council for Hypnotherapy and the REBHP, Register for Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy.

Insurance

As is required by all registered professionals, I have full professional indemnity insurance.

Formal supervision

Regular professional supervision is a stipulation set by the professional body NCH for all hypnotherapists. In line with these requirements, I am supervised by highly experienced clinicians in order to ensure that the absolute highest levels of best practice are maintained.
